Stuck on Sign In

Player Version#: Cannot access as app will not open/downloaded yesterday?

This is an old issue that I cannot find an answer to. I open the app and am just stuck on the sign-in, the sign in icon button does nothing.

which app? If the web app in browser, have you tried a different browser or tried in an incognito/private window
