Stuck plex.direct certificate — unknown ca on all HTTPS connections (macOS)

Could someone from Plex staff please reset the stuck plex.direct certificate on my server?

Machine identifier: 5c34ac50add0050cb680a79698cc088e483630e8
Platform: Plex Media Server on macOS
Server Version#: 1.43.2.10687

Symptom: Every plex.direct HTTPS connection fails with tlsv1 alert unknown ca, including the server’s own loopback. Local network clients can see the server but cannot connect. Plain HTTP on the LAN works fine, confirming the server itself is reachable — this looks like the certificate chain issue affecting the new Let’s Encrypt YR2 intermediate.

You can try to remove the certificate.p12 file from the Plex Media Server Cache directory in the below path. First stop plex, and then move the file out, and then start plex back up to have it pull the new cert.

Press Command + Shift + "." to show hidden files/folders if you don’t see the Library folder.
