I reinstalled Ubuntu 18.04 and running plex within docker, I have around 42k of TV episodes to re-add.
I encountered locked database issues and added ran a few tweaks I had seen in another thread for increasing cache etc on database which seemed to of resolve it for a few more hours… fast forward to adding 26k episodes so far and it wont budge. so if i watch log files I can see it gets to tv show “rising hope” and stops dead, then proceeds to completely flood log files with the following:

I’ve stopped it, reran it, optimised database, ran scaner manually via command line, downgraded plex to older version, checked ubuntu for updates and updated it.
spent most of the day playing with this but just not getting anywhere
