Stupidly Hit Button and Updated to DSM 7.0 And Now Can't Open Plex

Updated a Synology DS216play to DSM 7.0 and Plex wouldn’t work, so I tried to clear all the Plex data I had on the server off and do a fresh install of PSM 1.24.0.4930-7000. It says it is running but it will not open or launch. It says “This site can’t be reached” each time. I can open other apps but plex won’t open. Any ideas?
