I noticed that roughly 2-3 months ago two of my OTA channels started stuttering constantly. Initially I thought it was a problem with the station, but just today noticed it doesn’t stutter viewing on any of my PCs, just through Roku. The channels that stutter constantly (live or recorded) are broadcasting and recorded in 720p. My settings are direct stream over my internal network. All other channels broadcast in 1080i and do not stutter.
I’ve tried turning on transcoding (all different levels) but the problem remains.
Has anyone else encountered this? It’s quite annoying to no longer be able to use ABC and Fox due to this issue. Seems like it was introduced with either a Roku update or a Plex channel update, not sure which.
