Running latest Plex server (windows 10), and latest Android TV client. I had thought it was due to my Synology 918 being under powered so moved PMS to a windows 10 machine running an i5, but the issue is still there
Video playback stutters and buffers when playing back some files (latest example was a h.264 version of sesame Street, server logs attached).
I can see it’s transcoding the audio, but PMS still has a huge amount of CPU headroom to use (like total CPU usage is under 30%). Hardware transcoding is enabled.
