I’m getting stuttering video that has been taken on an iPhone 13 (iOS 17.5.1) when viewing in the Plex Mac app. Constantly pauses/buffers every half a second or so. Seeing this on my M2 Mac mini and on an older 2012 Mac mini as well in the Plex Mac app. Only these types of videos seem to be affected; h.264 movies play just fine. The same videos play fine in the Plex iOS app and in Plex Web.
Also seeing the thumbnails for the same videos are all upside down. I’m seeing this in all clients.
