Hi I have a question, i have several films on a NAS player, i have download Plex and adjust the parameters for the subtitles by agents and languish. When i show my film on the ipad pro, the subtiteles are there, but when i wanted to look on my TV screen and connect with plex, there are no subtitels shown by the films. What do i wrong
Perhaps your TV doesn’t have a real Plex App, so you are only using a generic DLNA player. DLNA can only send the video files as-they-are.
External subtitles don’t get muxed in or burned-in.
Get a FireTV or a ChromeCast or a nVidia Shield and plug it into your TV.
