Subtitles work on plex app on ipad. But now subtitles on plexconnect

I have subtitles for foreign language on the plex app. Ipad. But when I play the same movie on the Apple TV no subtitles. Yes that are checked off

Media: Container, codec?

Subtitle: format, embedded, external?

Using Mac Pro running snow leopard. Using Apple TV. I use the download in plex for subtitles. Using 3.1 plexconnect. Last download from plexconnect. 1/6/14. English subtitles. I am using the feature in plex for subtitles. From agent. Open subtitles.org.

I have movies that I have burned in subtitles and those are ok. It just when using the ones downloaded by plex.

You may want to update to the latest commit, a LOT of work has gone into subtitles in the last month.
