Subs autosync in Plex Media Server running on DSM

Hi,

I am running Plex Media Server on a DS3622xs+ running DSM DSM 7.1-42661 Update 1.

I cannot find the voice detection option and i came to the conclusion this is not available under DSM. Is it possible that i could run a docker image that enables voice detection on the server?

What i pursue is having auto sync subs on the client side, which is a Nvidia Shield on my same network.

Does the account you’re using on the server have a Plex Pass? This is required for this feature.

I dont have a Plex Pass, do you think the option becomes visible only with a Plex Pass? I thought it would be visible but unavailable somehow.

You will not see the option without a Plex Pass.

Purchased the Plex Pass and option became visible. Thank you.

I´ll give it a try with some SRT subs I have.
