Using Plex on Roku, and the subtitles stopped working weeks ago. Plex or Roku issue, ideas?
Your version of PMS was released in Feb 2024. It might be worth a short to upgrade to the current public release to see if this is having any effect (e.g. if the video is being transcoded and some issue on the server or combination of old server w/ current version of the Roku app is causing this).
