Hello, I do training videos and have been using plex. I've been making them available for free or asking for donations as there is no way to have each user pay a subscription fee. Does anyone know of a way I can charge ex: 2.99/mth to watch all my training videos.

There is no way to charge users for Plex usage.

Sure. Have them pay and if you don't get the money un-share the server with their account.
