Subtitle file not deleted with media from TV client (Sony/Android TV)

Running the Android TV version of Plex on a Sony Bravia 4K TV. After watching a movie that I didn’t much care for I decided to delete it from my filesystem via the Plex TV client about a month or so ago. Today I noticed that the SRT subtitle file for that same movie was not removed from my NAS. I do not keep movies in separate subfolders, they are all together in the one folder named as ‘Name (Year).mp4’ and ‘Name (Year).srt’

The server is running on Windows 10 Pro x64 with content in a mapped network drive on my NAS.

PMS will not delete any other files except the movie file. No subtitles, posters, trailers, extras, etc. You will have to remove these manually.
