Subtitle language preference not works on NVIDIA Shield TV Pro 2019

Subtitle language preference works very well on my iPad, Android tablet, Android smartphones and PCs, subtitles will be displayed automatically and correctly. But not works on my Shield TV Pro 2019.

On my Shield TV Pro subtitles won’t be displayed automatically, I have to switch on subtitles manually for each movie and EACH EPISODE OF EACH SEASON.
