Could the 10 second +/- limit on the subtitle offset be lengthened or preferably set to unlimited? Often this capability would prove faster than the trial and error of searching for just the right srt file.

Thanks to both! Note, in OSX I placed the file in /users/myusername/library/application support/plex home theater/userdata. Works like a charm!
