Subtitle Offset Adjustment

Can there please be an enhancement to the way subtitle adjustments are done, only adjusting via 50ms increments are extremely annoying especially when you need to adjust by say 5seconds or more.

I find the bar adjustment in the Plex player via Kodi amazing. Any chance this can be added into the native nvidia shield player?
