i am having same issue on apple tv as well. All direct stream content have out of sync subtitles.

Any chance either of you can provide logs and a sample file which reproduces the issue?

Reinstalled PMS version 1,43.0.10467, (Truenas docker container app v1.2.24) and recreated subtitle sync issue. hey I can provide logs and I guess a sample file for the out of sync subs issue I found. Rolling back the latest server update (1.43.0.10467) resolved the issue, so I know it’s related. If you want logs and such to identify and fix the bug, I will reinstall the update and recreate the issue for you.…

I’m having the same issue with latest docker image, rolled back to plexinc/pms-docker:1.42.2.10156-f737b826c and it works again.

@akkbar a copy of a sample file and the logs of the issue reproduced with the sample file will be very helpful

Same issue on Unraid 6.12.14 and apple tv. Haven’t tried rolling back yet but that’s my next move.
