When I start certain TV Shows, the subtitles we be shown even though in the menu the subtitles are off. The only way to turn them off is to switch the subtitles to English and then back to off. This doesn’t happen to all TV Shows. Specifically it has been happening to Grays Anatomy.
Is this a know issue? Has anyone else experienced this behavior?
Noticed this last night for one of the kids too streaming a movie that does not show them when done on other devices.
This issue seems to have been resolved. There haven’t been any instances of this occurring recently.

Still happening to me, only on Homeland. Every episode of Season 1 automatically played the subtitles despite the X360 having it set to None. Had to switch to english and back to none to get them to stop. Then Season 2 didn’t play them. Quick glance made it clear why - Season 1 has subtitles in PMS, Season 2 does not. Which makes me think this is still an error that’s occurring, I just wont see it again until I get to another season which PMS has subs for.
This is happening to me. Episodes sometimes start with subtitles showing despite the 360 app saying “none” subtitles. I have confirmed that my Xbox360 console settings are for closed captions to be off as well. Anybody know what’s going on?
