Subtitles Customization in Firestick not working

Player Version#:10.30.9-4262

When I play OTA Live TV on Plex, Firestick Player, I can not customize the subtitles, they always apppear too big and intrusive. I tried changing them in the Plex Player and in Firestick but they remain the same.
