No need for logs, this is a bug. Or maybe IOS simply lacks this feature.
Basically On my PC when I switch the audio track to Japenese (from english) the subtitles automatically switch to the full subtitles track instead of the signs and song track. But on my IPad this does not happen.
I don’t think its my fault because it works on my computer but let me know!
My subtitles are set up like this
Signs and Songs: forced and default
English Full: determine automatically
I’m thinking maybe plex on IOS doesn’t have permission to “refresh” the default subtitles, and will just role with the default selected track. So for single JA audio this WILL work, but dual-audio encodes you have to change the track your self, like if a user wanted to watch in japenese instead of english for example, again only on ios.
I know its minor, but it does slightly annoy me!
