Hi to all who may read this.
I have noticed in the Subtitles Language Settings there’s a glitch.
It may be just my Plex Server or all on Windows installs.
I have been setting my Language Settings to (Prefer audio tracks) and (Prefer subtitles) to English UK and it does not matter if the tick box on (Automatically select audio and subtitle tracks) is ticked or not or if (Subtitle Mode) is in manual, shown or always, it just resets the Language back to Abkhazian.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas, is this a glitch on Plex as a whole, or just Windows installs, or just my install?

Disable any web browser add-ins, reload the hosted web app,
Then make these selections again.

Hi, thanks for the response and sorry for my delayed response.
Tried it, and it made no difference, I cleared the browser cache too.
Strange…

If anyone else has ideas I’ll be happy to try it and may be get to the bottom of issue.

“English UK” isn’t an option for automatic track selection. Only generic “English”.
Where have you been setting this?

edit: Oh, I see.
Don’t use the “Languages” selector under your server settings.
Instead, go to your user account page https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account and use the “Audio & Subttile Settings” there.
