Subtitles not appearing from OpenSubtitles.org in some movies

Hi,

For some reason, subtitles don’t appear for some movies, and “Burnt” happens to be one of them.
I’ve prioritized OpenSubtitles.org in ‘Agents’ and refreshed metadata for the movie, but that didn’t solve it. Oh, and I’m signed into OpenSubtitles.org with the preferred language set.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
