Can't get subtitles to load

Wondering if I could get some help with getting subtitles to appear as an option. Here are the steps I’ve tried

I have checked off “opensubtitles” in the agent for movies and signed in and selected English
I have gone to my account settings and turned on subtitles with english as preferred

But when i go to play a movie, a subtitle is never available. What am I doing wrong?

I had to select “Refresh All Metadata” for each movie library after enabling opensubtitles.org in Agents settings. The subtitles then trickled in over the next hour or so.
