I rename the MKV file and the srt file with the same name, i choose the subtitle, and when i play the move its not showing, i tried this subtitles on another movie and it worked.
Update: i convert the movie to mp4 and the subtitles still doesnt work, i can see them in the option but they are not showing.
I fix it. subtitles doesnt work on Plex if the audio is DTS 6 channels
