SOLVED - Problem with SRT-subtitles (mkv, not external)

Server Version#: 1.17.0.1841
NAS: Synology DS231j - DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 3
Player Version#: 4.5.1 (Samsung TV - UE55MU7055TXXC)

After update ca 1-2 months ago SRT subtitles (in MKV-file) work not correctly. It shows 2-3 lines, then it’s nothing next couple of lines. It worked well before on the same NAS, without transcoding.
Videos are played on Samsung TV or via web interface of Chrome on iMac. It’s a problem of all files, not just some of them.

When TV access NAS without Plex, subtitles go well.

Adding logs and some XML-file which was requested before in: Partial subtites on TV

Please install PMS 1.18.0 here: https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.18.0.1846-f62172e99/synology/PlexMediaServer-1.18.0.1846-f62172e99-armv7hf.spk
