Subtitles or closed captions not recording with TV Shows on Plex DVR

I have setup my HomeRunHd and plex DVR, none of the shows seem to record any subtitles?

Is there any settings I am missing to ensure these record?

Its really important because I am in Spain and trying to record TV to help with pronunciation (reading the spanish linking to the words)

When I play through KODI I get subtitles fine so they are being transmitted, however through HDHomeRun app they dont work and they are not recorded in Plex

What version of Plex Media Server are you running? Please don’t say the latest, need specific version number.

I am downloading “the latest” now though “1.8.1.4139-c789b3fbb” it says on the download page

Although after installing still says - Version 3.14.1 in the settings
