Subtitles out of sync on PS4

Hey guys.

I wonder if any of you would be able to help me with this. I have Plex installed on my PS4 and sometimes subtitles are a bit out of sync. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve seen that on PC there’s a menu where this can be fixed moving a bar so subtitles are displayed a bit earlier or a bit later, but I can’t find a way to do this on my PS4. Any suggestions? Thank you very much in advance.

Add me in. I see the option is available for Apple TV. Why not for the consoles’ players?

For me as soon as i enable subtitles on my ps4 it causes the movie to buffer at unwatchable levels…??? it works fine on every other device i use. Any ideas?
