As per the settings related article I should see the option “Subtitles Size” in the Subtitles section of my Apple TV 4K Plex client. However this option is missing, I can only see two other options of this section (Burn Subtitles and Override Subtitles Styles). Is there any particular reason the font size setting is missing? How to restore it?
Issue still persists in version 7.9.

The problem still persists for me as well 
Same issue here. I have set my own subtitles via the Apple TV Accessibility menu and every app uses this (Infuse, Netflix etc) except Plex. It still shows it’s own subtitles style. Very annoying.
I’m suffering the same problem since I use the AppleTV Plex App. No problem in my Nvidia Shield though.
Whatever I do I can’t change the style, she the image attached.
Please any advise would appreciated, I’ve gone through all the menu options I think.
