Subtitles sync (Plex Media Server on a Qnap TVS-671 i5)

I have Plex Media Server v. 1.13.5.5332 on a Qnap TVS-671 with an i5 processor and QTS 4.3.4.0695. All my movies are in H.264 MKV 1080P format and I use OpenSubtitles to download my subtitles automatically.

Plex downloads all the subtitles from OpenSubtitles, but they are not synchronized with my movies. Most are very, very advanced.

This happen on my Windows 10 PC, my iPhone and iPad, a Sony Smart TV, 2 Roku devices and my Qnap.

There is a way to synchronize subtitles on my Plex Media Server?

I have no Plex Pass. Do I need Plex Pass to sinchronize the subtitles?
