I have QNAP NAS TS-251D with Plex server installed.
I added some movies with subtitles in library… when I open Plex from NAS on my laptop, in browser, everything works fine - I can see the subtitles.
But, on my Philips TV… I open Network, choose Plex server, find my Video… I can play it, but I can’t see subtitles. I tried several different videos, I tried to rescan library, I tried reading forum and set all correct settings, but no help… I checked options on my TV, subtitles is set to ON.
When I play the very same movie on TV from USB stick, it plays fine with subtitles.
Subtitle is .srt file, filename is same as the movie.
In regards of versions, everything is updated to the latest version.
Can you please advise what could be the issue?
