today it can only do this from opensubtitles and it doesn't work great too .. and doesn't support rtl.

No... that's not the scope of PlexConnect. This feature needs to come in the PMS... subtitle plugin?
PlexConnect only "connects" aTV to PMS, nothing more - hence the name :-D

Just for the ones who would like to know
Move the OpenSubtitles agent to the top of the list and dont forget to setup the languages. Thats actually it, works for 90% of my files actually
