I can’t seem to get subtitles for any movie. All I get is UH OH try again
Mind sharing some more details?
Is this about local / embedded subtitles or are you trying to get subtitles via the on-demand subtitle search?
Or do you have an issue with auto-selection of subtitles based on your language preferences?

Server logs might help – sounds like you’re having some kind of internet restriction or error that’s blocking Plex from looking up the subtitles. Only a guess on what you’ve shared.
It was working fine as of a week ago.
It seems to still be working for me… so this doesn’t appear to be a global issue. Which made me think to look into what’s causing this on your end.
Not sure if you’re looking for help of just wanted to state your issue as a fact and leave it with that?!
opensubtitles was down, related?
Yeah working again now, must have been because of opensubtitles problem

this might help in future if they are unavailable, not sure if you want to bother.
if you login to plex on the web and search for the opensubtitle there ahead of time it will automagically play later on for you without needing to search and also if the internet is down or opensubtitles is offline.
