Sudden onset buffering on Local Network with Samsung TV

Hey everyone!

I’ve been looking around for the past day for solutions for this but couldn’t find anything so I thought I’d ask here.
I’m running a server from my desktop PC (Win10 21H1) to stream to my 4K-HDR capable TV (TU7100 series) and after a bluescreen crash (unrelated to plex) while watching a video through Plex, everything started buffering with unwatchable frequency, be it through transcoding, Direct Stream or Direct Play. Bitrate does seem to be a factor, considering it’s slightly better when playing a 13Mbps 1080p file vs a 47Mbps 4k file. My PC is connecting to the modem/router through ethernet cable, while my TV is on 5Ghz wifi. Beforehand I could play even 4k content without any hiccups, and streaming/direct play works perfectly on my android phone. Internet streaming apps like Netflix do not have this problem at all. I also tried repairing the media server, reinstalling the client app, or just power cycling my TV to no avail.

Server Version#: 1.23.2.4656
Player Version#: 5.10.0, Tizen OS v1420
Plex Media Server Logs_2021-06-10_14-21-47.zip (1.8 MB)
Logs after trying to play a 6.3Mbps 1080p mkv
