Everything has been working fine for over a year. Out of the blue, I am suddenly getting “Accessing Trailers” message with a spinner below it and no further behavior. Some clues: I can access YouTube fine but Netflix and Hulu give me a similar “Accessing Netflix|Hulu” message. And sometimes i get the spinner of death immediately after selecting Apple Trailers, and sometimes it happens when I go to select the actual video (I can see a list of my videos on plex server). Finally, when I run pyconnect I can see the handshake stuff come in the terminal.
I’ve tried rebuilding my plexconnect on the host/server. Ive reset the Apple tv and reconfigured its dns, profile, etc. I rebooted computer that hosts the plex media server. I unplugged the Apple TV for minutes. I restarted my home router and cable modem.
Any ideas? Desperate here
