Suddenly Plex server at indirect connection

For some unknown reason my server is using an indirect connection which has capped my playback to 2 mbps. This all started about a few months ago and I have been unable to find a solution. I have been though a couple of server updates without resolution. My server is fully accessible outside of my network, I have removed my router’s (EdgeRouter) firewall, am not using any VPNs or have NAT from my ISP. Also, I have tried to set secure connections to disabled and preferred but in both cases I am then unable to find my server. Anyone know how to fix this?

Restart PMS, let it sit doing nothing for 3 minutes, upload logs.

From the client, connect to server, play a video, upload log.
