When playing a movie from a local server (Win10 x64) without encoding on an Android TV Philips 55PUS8503, there is a sudden pause after 2 or more minutes (sometimes it does not happen), a circle spins.
Plex worked fine for 2 years until recently.
The server on the computer is connected to the router with a cable, the TV is via Wi-Fi 5GHz.

I just went from a RokuTV to AndroidTV in my bedroom and I getting something similar. Some video files won’t start, they just spin. If I play around with the quality settings from “Play Original” and “Convert Automatically” it will just start working but it’s never really the same thing that gets it to work. Came to the forums to look around, so following this thread.
In my case, the cache is not replenished from the server, judging by the progress bar in the player of TV. When the cache ends, playback stops.
