Hi, I have a small suggestion for the developers. When adjusting subtitle offset on the TV app (I’m on Samsung but I’m guessing it applies to any of them), it’s a pain in the butt to adjust the subtitle position by more than a few seconds.
The reason is that there is only one set of arrows to make the adjustments, allowing us to make changes in 100ms increments. That’s fine when making minor adjustments but sometimes subtitles can be off by tens of seconds or even minutes. With the current setup, that takes hundreds of button presses to get to the desired offset.
Therefore, I suggest adding a second set of buttons on the subtitle offset screen for larger adjustments. Something like double arrows that would shift the subtitle timing by 1 second, for example.
I know most people don’t even use the subtitle offset feature but I’m sure those of us who do would greatly appreciate this kind of change.
