This thought occurred to me this morning. I’m not sure how easy it would be to do, or maintain, but I think it would be useful for a system that goes through changes.
It would be helpful if there were some sort of change history for the Support Articles. Something like a “What’s New” summary of changes in the articles. This would be especially useful for changes that aren’t related to announced feature changes, but even for those, it would be an intuitive place for users to catch up if they missed the announcement, or to quickly find details on how to manage those changes.
