Support for Multiple Collections

I searched but couldn’t find an answer to this question, so maybe someone can point me in the right direction if I missed it…

I’ve added collection tags to all of my movies, ie: grouping James Bond together into a single collection. That works just fine, and all is well. However, for say “The Avengers” and other movies that are part of a series but also a franchise, I’m a little stumped. I’ve added collections tags for “The Avengers” as well as “Marvel’s” to “The Avengers”.

If I browse by collections I do see both collections, and the movie exists in both collections, but if I browse the movie itself (ie to find related movies), only one collection is displayed.

It seems to me that if you can add multiple collections tags, the item screen should display all of those collections. As best I can tell it always picks the first one, so perhaps this feature was never fully thought out. Is there a feature request section somewhere where I can submit this?

AFAIK it was a conscious decision to only show one collection at the perplay pages.

You are probably right. Imagine if you put 4-5 collection tags on a movie. The play screen could get cluttered pretty quick as it works now.

Perhaps one alternative would be to show a list of all collection names/posters, instead of individual items in the first collection. A link to the other collections could be more useful in the grand scheme of things.
