Hello, please can I have some support with why I am getting occasional failed or partial recordings.
I attach the log files, here are some clues in the logs:

Whilst looking through the logs, I also see a lot of this, what does it mean?

Hello, are there any Plex staff that can point me in the right direction to get support with this please?
Same issue this week with the program called āBackā. Can I have some tech support please?
Do have the DVR setting for your HDHomerun Quattro āCONVERT VIDEO WHILE RECORDINGā set to transcode?
What processor is in that server, it may just be too weak for Plexās version of DVR.
Hi, No, I donāt have it set to transcode.
The CPU is a Core 2 duo dual core. I donāt transcode anything, all direct record and play. I donāt think the CPU would be related to the error messages?
I have a similar problem of partial recordings in Plex and it usually happens when there are small (or big) glitches in the broadcast reception. Iāve only seen it happen about three times in the last couple months.
I have a parallel system with another HDHomeRun device and the Channels DVR software that records the full episodes. So I think it is a problem with the Plex DVR rather than simply my reception being too bad.
