Hi, new to the Plex DVR/Live TV but it sounds like a nice new addition so have read the support pages today and thinking of getting onboard. My house has a satellite dish but no antenna so prefer to use Freesat/DVB-S/S2 to avoid buying an antenna.
When I select my region (UK), it tells me Sky UK and Freesat are support so great! However, when I then look at what tuner card to buy for my windows server to support this the page only lists DVB-T/DVB-T2/DVB-C tuners for Freeview etc. but no DVB-S/S2 tuners for Freesat (except for one that is very old so no longer on sale except secondhand).
Am I missing something, or should I buy a DVB-T2 tuner and put up an antenna instead of using my satellite dish? I’d prety to use what I have so want to avoid this if Plex plans to add DVBS/S2 tuner support in the future.
