I had my laptop running Plex fine with no issues. My laptop crapped out so I moved the external hard drive with all of my media to a desktop and made another Plex account. It did see my hard drive and worked. When I got my laptop back from repair I switched the external hard drive back to the original laptop with my Plex pass. Now Plex does not see it or recognize the hard drive even though I can see it in my devices. Any help or thoughts appreciated…
Check the drive letter, it may have changed. Plex is looking for your files at a specific location so if the drive letter changed, Plex won’t see it.
