I‘m not sure I understand what symptom / issue you’re trying to describe (and the heavily redacted screenshot doesn’t help much). Would you mind giving some more context on what you get to see vs. what you expect to see?
I’m having the same issue. The top bar is 1/3 down the screen instead of along the top and is in the way when scrolling through menus.
Reinstalling the app didn’t help and I can’t find anything about this issue online. This is for iOS.
Looks as though devs are aware of this ongoing issue in this thread.
