I am syncing a large playlist to my android phone and am getting the latest beta crashes on multiple occasions during the sync.
Is says ‘Report’ which I do.
I wondered are you receiving these logs?
@antoniolg Is this the correct place to report these issues, as there are a number of bugs reported in the forums that remain unanswered?
Hi @elan Any chance of some feedback as to whether you are receiving these reports I am sending, or I need to contact in a differant way.

@mannp We do receive crash reports, thanks for submitting them (it really helps, even though it might appear as if that’s not the case due to the recent lack of activity here: sorry about that).
Anyway, I just checked the crashes for our latest beta and there’s indeed a crash group (with 22 instances) in which the majority of them come from you. In fact the other day I spent a bit of time looking for possible causes that might explain the crash, but couldn’t think of any. We’ll keep an eye on it, and even consider asking you to help us more actively (by trying out an apk with additional logging, for instance).

Found some new crash instances from you in our latest beta (5.1.0.68). Turns out the crash you’re experiencing is the most frequent one in our new implementation of Mobile Sync. Unfortunately we don’t have a fix yet, because it’s a tricky one. But we’re definitely working on it.
