There was nothing in your logs that were useful, but thanks anyways.
However, one of our devs was able to recreate where the sync job finished but said it wasn’t done. This is a bug. The sync actually did finish, but it didn’t signal that it was done properly. We are looking into this and hopefully have a fix in a future update.

another unanswered “mobile sync does not work” thread. wow, plex company just does not give a flying F
the entire plex sync is just one big bug. the devs handilng sync need to be fired at this point.
Have you tried recently. There has been a big push to add fixes related to sync lately. There are still a few bugs but for the most part, Sync is working great for me. I am able to sync entire libraries if I want, where before it would stop after a few files.
