Whenever I download movies or TV shows using the Plex app, they never have subtitles. The Downloads FAQ says they will be downloaded automatically, and some other threads I’ve found online said that subtitles have to be selected on the media page before hitting download, but I already see subtitles selected on the media page (e.g. it will say English (SRT)). I tried checking settings for Downloads in the app but didn’t see anything mentioning subtitles. Am I missing something?
