I don’t follow. I was careful not to mix the two - that’s why I uninstalled the app before testing. Did I miss a step? The first time a user signs in on a device, they can’t see content that was Synced by another user. It becomes available when they sign in a second time.

See my update post, Update on new Downloads feature. Sounds like you are running into issue 2. Try the work around mentioned there or try another show in a different genre.
