I have two user accounts setup on my Plex server. One is an admin account with full rights, and the other is a secondary account that has access to limited libraries and limited content (for kids). I have the “Allow Sync” box checked for this second account.
Plex Sync works fine on any device for the admin account. However, when attempting to sync content on a new device (no other content synced) under the second account, the content never downloads. Looking on the device itself, it flashes between Queued and Downloading very rapidly, never making any progress.
