Sync unavaible even on PlexPass - need today!

Hi all! I have some issue with my friends i sharing my server.

 

A have plexpass, my friend have plexpass.

I can easily sync any data to any my device (as android or another PC), but my friend cannot.

On devices of my friend Sync button is RED (unavaible) even after a lot of relogins and 100% checking that account is premium pass'ed. On Web interface there's no sync button at all https://plexapp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/200353277/Sync_season_selection.jpg ...

What is the problem and how solve it?

You will have registered an account with your Plex server for use with MyPlex. That is the only account that can sync with your Plex server unfortunately. It would be great if it were to be extended to other shared users. At this time your friend will only be able to stream from your Plex server and their watched/unwatched statuses stored.
