Is it possible to sync videos to a different household with nvidia shild TV and Terramaster?
No, sync/download is not available for TV clients, only mobile/desktop clients have the option for sync/download
Plex doesn’t find any movie at all. Posters are just pictures from the video.

Plex is the newest version. I installed it today on terramaster

It did find the movies because the pictures from the actors are there but the poster is just a picture from a scene in the movie
That says it didn’t match. Can you please provide which agent you’re using, and some logs, please? Without the requested information, it’s very difficult to help you
